If you are coming up 903 (through Jim Thorpe) you will pass a marquee sign for the vocational school, the memorial is a little further up from the sign on the left. If you are coming down 903 (from Albrightsville or the Hickory Run exit), the memorial will be on your right, you cant miss it.
