Relief efforts for the still-burning fires in California have now reached the “massive benefit concert by very famous people” stage of developments, as organizers for an upcoming event titled FireAid have now sent out their initial line-up for a benefit concert.

FireAid is a star-studded benefit concert organized for Los Angeles-area wildfire relief. It will take over the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum on Jan. 30th.

A number of celebrities have recently made substantial donations to help the victims of these fires. American thrash metal band Metallica donated $500,000 via its All Within my Hands foundation.
