The Maple Leafs have drawn a hard line in the sand for Mitch Marner's contract negotiations at $13 million per season.

Leafs star Mitch Marner is in the midst of one of his best seasons, and the 27-year-old was the catalyst of a 5-3 victory over the Lightning.

According to TSN insider Pierre LeBrun, reporting the news on Friday, the Leafs have set a maximum offer of $13 million per season in average annual value (AAV) for Marner’s next contract.
