SPRING HILL, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Spring Hill Police Department is investigating a crash that killed a woman Wednesday night.
The arrest affidavit states that Wegner admitted to murdering his girlfriend and her unborn child by strangling her with “both hands around the neck and his forearm,” until he was sure she was dead.
