Apr 15, 2020 · Colada is a full styrofoam cup of Cuban coffee with thimble cups to share with others. Cafecito is the same thing but only 1/4 cup full and it’s a single shot for one person. The other options are cortadito which is half milk, half Cuban coffee and straight up cafe con leche which is mostly milk with a shot (sometimes two) of Cuban coffee.

Apr 5, 2023 · Oh funny, I just saw a YouTube video by Sprometheus that explained a cortadito as a cafe Cubano (espresso shot + brown sugar) with some steamed milk. But you explained a cortadito as a shot with some steamed milk, which is what I think of as a cortado.
