Flipping direction of smart fasteners - Eng-Tips
Aug 20, 2004 · After the smart fastener is created, when you go back into the property page, the option to flip will be gone. At that point, you need to redefine the mates manually. (Or at least, it works this way in SW2005 SP5.0.) Maybe that annoying behaviour is worth a bug report/feature request, if it's still present in current versions of SW.

Jan 20, 2016 · 2. Using a new Excel 2016 or Excel 2013 with power query add on (free from microsoft) you can interogate the output file above using queries and some column and rows processing. The whole process is very graphic and interactive and you can do quite some smart stuff with it. (you can watch plenty of videos on youtube about power query in excel).

But I also need to add some dimensions using Distance Between, and after many attempts and searching Help/Forums, I still can't work it out. An example is shown in the attached graphic.

Sep 9, 2008 · Standard curves exist for control valves. You need to determine which trim exists. Some manufacturers provide tables showing the percentage travel and the valve coefficient Cv at each 10%, or each 10 degrees for rotary valves.

When putting a bolt through a hole, (holes created with the hole wizard) I'm not getting the option of a "BOTTOM STACK". As a result, I can't put the nut/washer on the end of the bolt. Is there something I'm doing wrong that I'm not getting the bottom stack option?

Dec 31, 2008 · Something is missing in what you are asking for. For filtration of the base material (the soil upon which the channel liner sits), you start with a fine granular material, such as ASTM C-33 fine aggregate or a mix of sand and gravel, etc, and then coarser layers on top.
Changing Units of Part After part has been Finished.
Jan 16, 2009 · Yes, there are 2 blue undefined lines in the sketch that makes up the main portion of the part. I'm not sure how to fix it though. I have it dimensioned with Smart-Dimension, but it is still blue. Ill post it up if anyone would be kind enough to look at it for me. If I try rescaling up 100x it just crashes solidworks.
